About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with a strong background in Java development to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of our services.

Responsibilities and Experience:
Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to drive project success. Review and optimize existing systems and propose improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code comments, and user guides. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java: Demonstrated expertise in Java programming with a focus on Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
  • 7+ years experience with at least 1 year experience as a Tech Lead
  • API Development: Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Database Expertise: Adept at designing and managing database schemas, particularly in MySQL.
  • Scalability: Knowledge and experience in designing scalable systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Message Brokers: Familiarity with message broker technologies, such as Kafka.
  • Debugging and Optimization: Strong capabilities in code debugging and query optimization.
  • Estimation Accuracy: The ability to provide precise effort estimations for project planning and execution.
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): In-depth understanding and practical application of OOP principles in Java.
  • Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of and experience with microservices architectural patterns.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms : Profound knowledge of data structures and algorithms to enable efficient problem-solving.
  • Agile Project Management: Proficient in planning and executing Agile sprints using JIRA for effective project management and delivery.
  • UI Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of UI frameworks for creating user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
  • Cloud Service Providers: Well-versed in cloud service providers like AWS, enabling efficient and scalable application deployment and management.
  • Observability and Monitoring: Experience with observability and monitoring tools to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems.
