ROLE OVERVIEW

Shiprocket is looking for experienced KAM to lead the KAM team for our ShiprocketX . The candidate must have experience in selling cross border shipping products & solutions. Expertise in new seller acquisition & client relationship management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full client journey—from growth to long-term partnerships
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify logistics pain points and craft smart, scalable solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos of our powerful web-based CRM.
  • Consistently hit and surpass your sales targets—while helping your team do the same.
  • Cross-sell effectively to maximize client value and satisfaction

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 5–10 members.
