ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Business Finance Lead for the Emerging Business of the Company, you will be responsible for driving key metrics and enhancing the business’ performance, working closely with the Business Unit Leaders of multiple businesses and drive performance and efficiency. You will focus on continuous improvement, strategic initiatives, team leadership and target achievement to optimize the financial performance of the Business Unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

P&L Ownership
Own and drive the full profit & loss responsibility for the business unit.
Ensure top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency by aligning business strategy with execution.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth by working closely with the BU leader.
Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded across all products/services.

Business Leadership
Act as the finance representative/ SPOC for the business and closely collaborate with other finance functions.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement and drives them to execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to leverage data and analytics to understand performance levers, identify gaps, and target areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working across teams, including Product, Tech, Customer Service, and Key Account Management, to align and implement initiatives.
  • Process Orientation & Design Thinking: High process orientation with the capability to design and execute effective, quality-driven solutions and programs.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations & ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
