Senior Devops Engineer – Fastrr

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments, improve system reliability, and enhance overall engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
2. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
3. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
5. Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance (SRE practices)
6. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance
7. Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
8. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
9. Enforce security best practices and compliance standards
10. Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
2. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
3. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
5. Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
6. Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
7. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
8. Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
9. Experience with version control systems (Git)
10.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
