About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled GoLang Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).

  • Design and implement scalable APIs (REST/gRPC).

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve system architecture.

  • Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.

  • Strong proficiency in Golang and good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, Goroutines and Microservices Architecture.

  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, scalable code.

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
