Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the daily content activity on several social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and others where applicable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseeing the daily content activity on several social media networks including, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and others where applicable.
  2. The individual must have a keen interest in digital platforms with an exceptional mode of storytelling bring rich details alive within the primary forms of online social content (social posts, photos).
  3. The individual must have outstanding attention to detail (especially when it comes to grammar and writing), and ability to manage several different pieces of information at once.
  4. Perform Keyword and topical research to enable the discovery of the brand.
  5. Perform content gap analysis to identify potential areas of growth for specific categories and setup & execute search engine campaigns to ensure our brand content has a maximum outreach.
  6. Responsible for awareness and communication of creative successes both internally and Primary responsibility for creating, building, and maintaining company creative reputation.
  7. Generate new age ideas for campaigns, pitches and other digital content.
  8. Stay current on digital & media industry trends to come up with new and relevant ideas.
  9. Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
  10. Provide clear direction on to teams on creative work, ensuring that it meets clients’ goals and ensure brand consistency across all communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
  • The consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts.
  • Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English (or primary customer) language.
  • The ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company’s stated goals.
  • Acute observation and an eye for detail.
