Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide and motivate the team to work at their optimal productivity level.
  • Collaborate & work closely with Business teams. Understand the short-term and long-term needs of the business and plan ahead for any resourcing needs.
  • Help prioritize the goals for the functional unit within the organization. Set both short-term and long-term goals for the teams individually and together.
  • Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units.
  • Be responsible for growing the sales team and individual contributors in your team, to ensure they are prepared for bigger roles.
  • Participate in building the most delightful post purchase experience for Indian consumers by optimising merchant’s/brand’s shipping process and everything surrounding it.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Understand customer requirements and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Preferred Skills:

  • 10 – 15 years of proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interacting with Enterprise levels of client including top officials( Directors/VPs) and C-level.
  • Proven ability to conceptualise, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
  • Should be open with traveling across the country.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
